Registration Options and Fees
IMPORTANT NOTE: Every accepted paper must be accompanied by at least one registration under the appropriate category that covers the scheduled presentation date, either as an IEEE/ACM Member or Non-Member. This also applies to presentations scheduled on November 16 or 20, where registration for the respective day will be accepted as author registration. Even if the presenting author is a student, registration must still be completed under the regular (non-student) category for the paper to be included in the proceedings and presented on site.

Payment Methods
By Credit Card
- Credit cards of VISA, MASTER, JCB, UNIONPAY, and AMEX are accepted.
- (Participants from Korean Institutions): Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate your payment to Duzon.
- (Participants from non-Korean Institutions): Please note that the billing descriptor will be listed as EXIMBAY.COM. This payment method is provided by Eximbay and is billed as www.eximbay.com.
By Bank Transfer
- Please find your registration fee invoice in the online registration system and make a transfer to the written bank account in the invoice.
- Sender’s name MUST be 4-digit Registration Number + Participant’s Name. (Ex: 0000 Secretariat)
- All bank remittance charges for sender and receiver are to be paid by the participant. As these fees are not listed in the invoice, please check with the bank for the final amount of payment.
- After making your transfer, please send your remittance slip to the Secretariat (registration@ase2025.org). Once your deposit details are verified, the Secretariat will email you a confirmation on your registration within a week.
Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation and refund of the registration fee must be submitted via email to the Secretariat at registration@ase2025.org by 23:59 (KST) on November 2, 2025. No refunds will be issued for requests received after this date.
All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference, and bank service charges incurred by both the sender and the recipient will be borne by the participant.
